A new building completed in 2024, in the city centre about 400 metres from the train and bus station. The 86 m² flat on the fourth floor has its own sauna and a 16-metre glazed balcony looking out on the city theatre designed by Alvar Aalto.
Each bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together or kept apart. An air mattress for two in the living room makes room for eight. One bedroom has a standing desk. There is a separate toilet by the hall in addition to the bathroom, and a playground in the courtyard.
The open kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. The living room has a sofa, two armchairs and a 65" TV, and the dining table seats six. Table and chairs on the glazed balcony. Wifi 50 Mbps, and self check-in with a key box. No parking space included.
All furniture is brand new. Final cleaning is not included.
